Mr. Garrett started with Lookout Software in 2004. He has over 12 years of experience in technology sales and management, as well as building and nurturing channel partner programs. He spent 8 years at Sage US Holdings, Inc., holding various sales and sales management positions, eventually rising to Vice President of Sales, where he was responsible for driving demand for its market leading Time Tracking and Time Billing products across the small-mid sized business, and enterprise markets, in addition to managing its extensive network of partners around the world. As regional sales manager at LivePerson, Inc., he helped the company to penetrate the enterprise market with their customer interaction and support toolset. He has worked with customers like Verisign, Google, Microsoft, and EDS.

As Vice President of Customer Services, Mr. Garrett is responsible for all customer facing departments, including sales, customer service and customer support. He also serves on the board of directors.

Mr. Bone started with Lookout Software in 2003. He has over 12 years of experience in technology marketing and product management. He spent 8 years at Sage US Holdings, Inc., holding various marketing positions, eventually rising to Vice President of Marketing, where he was responsible for all marketing of its Time Tracking and Time Billing products. He helped implement the introduction of the first SaaS (software as a service) product offering and was instrumental in the hypergrowth of the Time Tracking product lines. He has done extensive consulting in pay per click advertising, and website search engine placement, and is recognized as a leader in this field.

As Vice President of Marketing, Mr. Bone is responsible for all product marketing and product strategy. He also serves on the board of directors.

Mr. Taggart started with Lookout Software in 2004. He brings extensive experience from his over 17 years working in the technology industry. The beginning of his career was spent in various product management, marketing and sales roles at Computer Associates Int’l, Inc. The majority of his career was spent at Sage US Holdings, Inc., where he helped the company quadruple sales and increase profits ten-fold. He eventually was named President and Chief Operating Officer before leaving in 2002 to pursue other ventures. He also spent time as Vice President of World Wide Sales for LivePerson, Inc., a NASDAQ listed company, where during his tenure sales increased over 60% and the company valuation increased 700%.

As President, Mr. Taggart is responsible for all operations, as well as overall company strategy. He also serves on the board of directors.
